Primo has been one sided with his love and, honestly, he has plenty of love to give. So here I am on my knees, outside of your house with a boombox above my head in the rain. Shouting at the top of my lungs that I love my non meat eating fam. All vegan dinner party even the wines.

1st: Pumpkin Panzanella - Dandelion Greens Tossed w/ Quinoa, Roasted Pumpkin & Pumpernickel Croutons. In a Pomagranate Ginger Vinaigrette.
2nd: Savory Butternut Squash Soup - Infused with Vanilla and Apple Cider Finished with Tahini Lemon Cream & Chive Oil
3rd: Carrot Gnocchi - w/ Shitake Mushrooms In Caramelized Onion Sauce. With an Acorn Squash Puree and Poached Peas.
4th: Smoked Sweet Potato - Tea Smoked Sweet Potato w/ Wild Rice Stuffing, Hazelnut Roasted Vegetables & Finished with Apple Cranberry Slaw
5th: Ginger & Red Wine Poached Pears on Granola Cranberry Crumbled. Filled w/ Maple Yogurt Foam, Shaved Chocolate & Candied Walnuts. Drizzled w/ Mint Oil
